A dedicated manufacturing facility, built using lean principles as the foundation of its design, houses our Metal Injecti on Molding (MIM), Ceramic Injecti on Molding(CIM) & powder metallurgy (PM) operations. Sintering includes a high-vacuum furnace (Graphite & Mole) with multiple atmospheric options including hydrogen, nitrogen and argon -providing the ability to process a range of materials such as stainless steel , iron, super alloys, and other spec ialty blends & Ceramic. 3D software as such Pro E and SolidWorks offer one stop design service, which includes industry design, FEA, 3D process analysis, mouldflow analysis and so on.
